Fee & Refund Policy

FEE POLICY

Free Trial:

We offer 100% FREE complimentary trial classes with no obligations. You may choose to continue after the trial or discontinue if it does not meet your needs.

Payment of Fees:

The standard monthly tuition covers sessions delivered over 4 weeks. In months with 5 weeks, the tutor will provide extra sessions to potentially cover and accommodate any missed classes from the regular schedule. If a class is missed during the standard 4-week sessions, students have the option to make up the missed session during the extra sessions provided in 5-week months. If the teacher is unable to conduct extra classes during the 5th week and the regular sessions for that month have been covered, the missed sessions will not need to be rescheduled.

Missed Classes and Make-up Options:

If a student is absent and the tutor has waited for the entire duration, attempting to contact the student, a make-up session will not be scheduled, and the fee for the missed class will apply. If the teacher is unable to conduct a scheduled class, they must make up the missed class within the 5th week of that month (if applicable). If there is no 5th week, the student may reschedule the missed class at a mutually agreeable time. Missed classes are typically included in the fee until the student notifies us to stop classes. This policy ensures that tutors are compensated for their dedicated time.

Rescheduling Classes:

If you need to change your upcoming class time due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform the tutor at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. The student may reschedule the missed class within that month at a mutually agreeable time.

Crediting Missed Sessions:

If a month’s sessions are not completed and rescheduling is not possible, the session will be credited to the next month’s tuition fee.

Holding Classes and Transferring Fees:

If you have paid one month’s fee in advance and have given prior notice to hold that month and resume classes the following month, the paid fee can be carried over to the next month.

Teacher and Time Slot Reservation:

To retain the same teacher and time slot after a break of a month or longer, a 50% deposit of the tuition fee for that period is required in advance to reserve the spot.

Late Payment:

Classes may be suspended if fees are not paid by the due dates.

Annual Fee Increase:

A 5% fee increase may occur annually.

Cancellation Policy:

To stop classes, please provide a 1-month notice before the desired end date and state the reason.

Eid Holidays:

Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered paid leave for tutors. No discount, refund, or make-up classes will be offered for these holidays.

REFUND POLICY

This refund policy applies to the services provided by The Quranic Guidance.

1) Full Refunds:

  • If you have paid the full month’s fee after the trial session and decide to change your plan before the start of regular classes, the fee for that month will be refunded.
  • If we are unable to arrange the schedule before regular classes begin and you have paid the fee in advance, a refund will be issued for that month.

2) No Refunds:

Once your classes are scheduled and you have attended a regular class with one of our tutors, refunds will not be entertained if you choose not to continue for the remainder of the month.

3) Transferring Fees:

If you inform us before the start of the month and wish to resume classes in the following month, the paid fee can be transferred to the next month only.

4) Chargeback Fee Deduction:

Please note that a chargeback fee is applied by our payment processor when issuing refunds. Your refund amount will be adjusted to account for this fee.

5) Limitations on Refunds:

If the chargeback fee exceeds the collected fee amount, a refund will not be offered in such cases.
